Celebrate a feast day dating back to 15th century, bringing different communities together creatively to remember Coventry Godiva heritage of the past, heroes from different cultures and faiths of Coventry today.
Join us for a colourful musical procession showcasing all cultures and faiths that make up the Godiva family of Coventry today.
Beautiful Traditional costumes from around the world, worn by the Godiva Sisters. A Giant Phoenix, a Chinese Dragon, an Indian Elephant, a Coventry Horse, handmade umbrellas and flags will all dance their way from the centre of Broadgate, once the entrance of the medieval Coventry castle to the first cathedral of Coventry. Where Dances, songs, craft stalls and a community picnic will all be celebrated for everyone to enjoy. Come and celebrate a modern feast day as part of Heritage Open Days 2026.
